About the Role
Red Dot Analytics is looking for a Software System Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for deploying, testing, maintaining, and integrating software systems. This role will work
closely with the development team to ensure software quality, reliability, and performance.
Key responsibilities
Deploy and test software systems to ensure functionality and quality.
Develop and maintain system documentation and test cases.
Collaborate with the development team to integrate software components.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues.
Conduct system performance and reliability testing.
Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software system deployment, testing, and maintenance.
Experience with programming and scripting languages, such as Python and Bash
Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools
Experience with system monitoring and performance testing tools.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and containerization technologies like Kubernetes (k8s).
Knowledge in IoT or digital twins will be a plus.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
